With a need to improve their access road & remove an over head conveyor system, AB Lime turned to Ryal Bush to undertake demolition and civil works on this project.

Within their winter shutdown period, AB Lime required a quick turnaround of their civil works while maintaining fulltime access to the landfill facility. Ryal Bush undertook the design and construction of the project with some key requirements from AB Lime. This required a temporary access road, installation of a precast box culvert, site drainage and new access road construction fit for the high percentage of heavy vehicles. From concept to completion Ryal Bush’s involvement delivered a functional product and included the use of limestone as a batter protection throughout.
